What Is Energy Healing?

Energy Healing is an alternative holistic therapy that encompasses the whole body, mind and Spirit.  It has been known to resolve a number of issues, including:  stress, depression, muscle tension, physical pain, emotional trauma, insomnia and illness. 

Energy healing is a non-invasive and very gentle way to heal using the universal life force energy that flows through every living thing in the Universe which is known as Prana (India), Chi (China), Mana (Polynesia), and Ki (Japan).  

How Does Energy Healing Work?

During Emotional Dis-Ease or Physical Disease, it is believed that imbalances or blockages are created in our electromagnetic  energy fields.  Energy healing balances these fields and allowing the  flow of energy within the body to restore health to the body, mind and Spirit.

Energy Healing rejuvenates the chakra system and removes blocked energy channels.  The physical body's natural healing abilities will also be accelerated during this process.

During your session a soothing and gentle transfer of Ki energy will be experienced that will raise your vibration.
